How to solve my problem in the eset clean mbr trojan

Hi techy. I download a software eset and I found viruses. But eset still can’t clean or remove the viruses of the hard disk mbr.

So there is a virus in the memory and Eset can’t clean it out. I have tried safe start and then set clean mbr trojan, Malwarebytes . No result at all. What should I do with this problem? TDSS-killer it seems managed to clean it out of the files but my computer is still infected. I can’t disable the eset clean mbr trojan ? please help me to solve this. Thank you.

Hello

Eset Nod 32 antivirus is very good antivirus. If it can't clean a virus then infected file will be moved to quarantine and it won't be used anymore by your system. If you are still getting warnings about some infected files then make sure you don't have any illegal application or other antivirus program.

Hi Elsietbrown,

As the other expert told you, NOD32 will give you the option to move the thread to quarantine. Also, there is a chance that the infected file is some of the temporary internet files or history-files, that can make confusion to the system. And, there is another option. Try to follow the link NOD32 tells you it is infected, and you will find what program harmed your system. Solve the problem with simply removing that program and install another version of it.
