I have access to high internet wired connection, but my roommates also want to use that wired connection as we-film is too slow. There is only one wired connection, then help us in sharing that connection over WI-fi. And please also tell us how to protect it from unauthorized access to it.
If the Wired connection is being used with a laptop then you can download an application called Virtual Router Plus.
1. Install the application on your laptop and set it up with a name and a password.
2. Start the application.
3. Other devices can access Internet from this laptop by switching on their WiFi and entering the correct password.
If you are using the wired connection with a computer you can look at buying a wireless router that can be used to share the connection with other devices.
