Hi. I have recently started using MS-Outlook which is why I am not very familiar with the application. I want to share certain contacts of mine but not sure how to do it. How to share Outlook contacts? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. To learn how to share Outlook contacts with certain people only, select the share my contacts folder option from contacts. Next, enter the name of the person to whom the message is to be shared in the “To” box. The subject can be changed as well if required. The contacts folder of the receiver can be looked at too by selecting the option. Type the information following which click send. Send the message after reviewing it and click on OK.
To share the Outlook contacts with everyone, right-click the Contacts folder from under contacts. Click on the option to change the sharing permissions and click on default in the permissions box. Next, click on publishing editor in the permission level list under permissions.
