We have a business company. We receive huge emails to our Yahoo account every day. That's why we need a yahoo tray mail notifier 2011 for getting the mail notifications. Can anyone help us how to set up and where we will get the notifier?
Here's how you can set up your mailbox to notify you whenever you receive mail. Provided that your Yahoo mailbox is sync to Outlook.
Login to Outlook.
Go to the Tools.
Select Options.
Select General tab.
Tick the check box for "Play sound for new messages" option to hear a sound when a new message comes in.
Tick the check box for "Send and receive messages at startup" box to automatically read new messages each time you login to Outlook.
Tick the check box for "Check for new messages" box and then select the how often at which you want the e-mail program to automatically check for mail.
Click OK.
