I recently updated my Internet Explore to the latest version and my favorites bar is not visible anymore. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can someone tell me how I can restore my favorites bar again?
First, try the following steps. The Favorites bar may have disappeared accidentally. Click on View-> Toolbars-> Favorites Bar. If you or someone accidentally removed it, this will restore it back. If the menu bar isn’t visible as well, try the following steps.
Go to Internet Explore from Start button or the desktop icon. Click on Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools-> Toolbars-> Show Favorites bar. Choose the favorites bar. If this doesn’t work, try the following. Go to Recycle Bin and look if the bar was deleted accidentally. If you find it, restore it by right clicking on it and clicking on Restore.
If you still are not able to restore your favorites bar, you will need to use a data recovery tool or create it from scratch again.
