I've seen a lot of movie posters which is mock as they were turn to funny and cool photo. Searching on the internet, I cant seem to find any tutorials about this.

First thing you must do is find a picture that suits best the movie picture. This includes the face position, facial expression and if possible the color of your picture. Now, after you have found the best picture, open this on Photoshop. Once you open the Photoshop, select on the picture of your face and crop it as you desire. Transfer this to the movie poster picture.
Now, select the layer of your face picture and transform it. Transform it to make the size similar and also tilt it if necessary. My tip on this is to lessen the opacity of the 2nd layer to allow to see through the first layer. This is to make the matching easier, try to match the size of the eyes, nose and chin. Next is to desaturate the 2nd layer slightly as most movie picture are less saturated. Try to replicate the original picture for better result.
Aside from the previous solution, you can also use Clone tool to transfer the face. Yet this is less preferable than the 1st tip, but this can further improve the image as you combine this two method. Try to use this on the side of the image. especially around collars or clothing.

Yeah, practice a lot to refine your skills. At first I have a hard time on this, but as time goes by, it will become easier. Hope that it will happen to you too. Make sure to be keen in details and you should do this by zooming in.
