HOW TO REMOVE MANDIANT MONEYPak VIRUS?
1) Restart your PC.
2) As soon as you switch on, press F8 key when you see the logo.
3) You will be redirected to advanced boot options. Select safe mode with command prompt using the keys.
4) In the command prompt, type rstrui.exe and enter.
5) System Restore window will open. Find the latest restore point according to date and time.
6) Restart the computer and scan it with an anti-malware.
7) Download the anti-malware from the official website.
8) Install the software. Continue till the finish button appears.
9) Run the extension. In the Scanner tab select Perform quick scan to list all the malware present on your desktop.
10) After the scan, number of malware will be listed as shown below.
11) To see all the malware, click OK.
12) The list of malware will be shown as below.
1) Download Kaspersky Rescue disk.
2) Create a bootable disk using Img program.
3) Insert a CD and start ImgBurn. Write the image file to the disk.
4) In the source, browse the file.
5) ImgBurn will start writing the bootable disk.
6) Insert this CD into your infected desktop.
7) Restart your computer.
8) Press any key to go to the menu.
9) Click Karpersky rescue disk- graphic mode.
10) Scan your computer with this disk.
11) Go to update center and start the update.
12) Go to the objects scan tab and select the drives you want to scan. Then start with the scan.
12) When the scan is over, select Delete to remove the mandiant virus.
13) Restart to go back to Windows from Karpersky.
