You can remove software from your computer in some ways:

By using Control Panel: Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Then, choose Avast software and follow to Avast wizard to continue installation.

By using Avast! Uninstall Utility: you have to download Avast! Uninstall Utility to your computer (aswclear.exe). Then, restart your machine in safe mode. Double click on the file you downloaded to run and follow steps after that to continue installation.

Restart your computer to finish.

This is very easy to remove any toolbar of the browser.

You have to just follow these steps:

Open your browser.

Click on View then chooses tool bar.

In tool bar menu uncheck the Avast toolbar.

When you will uncheck the Avast toolbar. It will suddenly disappear.

Or the 2nd way is this that you go to Add/Remove program, and uninstall the Avast free toolbar.

Then restart computer. It will be removed.

Dear you can remove the Avast toolbar by many ways. I will tell you these two methods to remove it.

1. The first method will remove the toolbars only from your browser but not from your computer.

Click on View > Toolbar.

It will open all toolbar list.

Just remove the tick from Avast toolbar.

It will suddenly disappear from your browser.

The second method is this.

2. Go to control Panel > Add/Remove programs or simply type "appwize.Cpl" in RUN and enter. It will open Add. Remove program. Just uninstall the Avast toolbars from here.
