I am using an antivirus program in Windows 7 unfortunately my antivirus program has been expired how can I remove it from my computer?

How to Remove Expired Antivirus Program from Computer.

To completely remove your antivirus program click start button then move your mouse cursor to the programs and programs and features, you will see a list of the programs that are currently installed in your operating system. Just select the Antivirus that you are using, you will see that in the entry list.

Now just click uninstall and in the top of it just initiate the removal process, of prompting by a username and password by your computer, just type it in. Follow the uninstall process by the software, once done with the Uninstaller just reboot your computer.

How to Remove Expired Antivirus Program from Computer.

Most of the Anti Virus software has its own removal application of that software on the Start Menu Programs. Just search on the antivirus program the removal icon. If you found none, you can remove your anti-virus program in the control panel add and remove programs.

Just click on the start menu, then select the control panel, then Uninstall a program (Add and remove programs in windows XP) then find on the list the anti-virus you want to remove and then double click. Follow or respond to the wizard then until the uninstall procedure is finished.

How to Remove Expired Antivirus Program from Computer.

You can uninstall your antivirus by first clicking the start button. After which, you will be able to see a window that will pop-up above the start button. Then, you need to choose Control Panel from the right side of that window.

A new window will appear and it will contain several icons with their corresponding label, for example, System and Security with four-colored shield-like icon and User Accounts and Family Safety with two figures of human beings.

In that window, you may want to click "Uninstall a Program" which is located just right below the label “Programs” with a CD icon. After clicking, it will redirect you to a list of programs installed on your computer.

On this page, you might want to look for the name of your antivirus. The list is in alphabetical order by default so you won't be having a hard time looking for it. Once you find your antivirus on the list, make sure you choose it and it is highlighted.

After so, you may now choose "Uninstall" that will appear just above the title "Name" and right beside the "Organize" label, sometimes it appears with "Change" and "Repair".

An uninstallation window will appear and it will be most likely to ask you if you really want to uninstall it and you might want to choose “Yes” or “I am sure”. Then, let the system do its task and eventually it might ask you to restart your computer for the un installation to take effect. After restarting your system, you're done.

An antivirus is a must have software in a computer for protection against malware, viruses and & nbsp; other malicious software such as spyware, worms and Trojan horses. Here's how to uninstall your antivirus program:

Step 1: Click the "Start" button then select "Control Panel."

 

Step 2: Click the "uninstall program" under the Program category.

 

Step 3: You will see all the programs or software that is installed in your computer. Right click the name of your antivirus program.

 

Step 4: Choose uninstall. Sometimes there is a command that will prompt. Just simply click yes.

 

The system will do its task. After the uninstall process, it might ask you if you want to restart your computer for the uninstall process to take effect. After restarting your computer, the expired antivirus was successfully removed.

2. Then double click Programs and Features.

3. In the Programs and Features Window select the Program you wish to remove, then right-Click on the program you wish to remove or Left Click on the Uninstall button besides Organize.

4. Thing is going to ask you if you want to remove it, and click YES.
