I tried to install this Ardamax keylogger software but sadly it didn’t satisfy what I really need. I opened the Add/Remove Programs to remove them and I couldn’t  find the application. I tried also to open Program files, the files are still there but no uninstall icon found.

The solution to your problem is simple. Ardamax keylogger has options that can make it visible again. Follow this steps:
1. If Ardamax is already running to your system, hold Control_Shift_Alt then press on you keyboard H, this will make the system of ardamax visible.
2. On your system tray, look for ardamax running then right click go to options. In options go to general tab, you can find the options to check or uncheck the procedure. If you accidentally checked the box saying remove in the uninstall properties, remove ardamax installation folder, therefore you can't really uninstall it.
3. What you have to do is uncheck that two options then press ok then quit ardamax .Go to add or remove program, you should now see the ardamax uninstaller. If not, go to the installation folder and just run uninst.exe.
Your problem is now solve.

It is normal for commercial keyloggers to be hidden in such a way that it cannot be found in the Add/Remove Programs window, the Program Files and even the Task Manager.  Keyloggers were made to be undetectable by all but the most tech savvy of computer users. Some are even transparent to antivirus software.
Normally, commercial keyloggers give you information on how to uninstall it during the installation process.  You should have kept those instructions because that is usually the only way to legitimately uninstall the keylogger.
But if you didn't note down the procedure for uninstalling, here's info on how to remove it through the registry:
