Hi,

You can recover your shred files by using recovery software. There is wide range of software available in the net for recovery purpose. If you want to buy it then you may choose:

If you want to apply open source software, you can use Recuva. It is free but very much valuable for recovering deleted data.

Hello Wallace,

If you’re looking for a very good software recovery tool, then I recommend that you download Recuva.

Here’s the link:
http://www.piriform.com/recuva

It’s a very trustworthy utility. Have you used Ccleaner before? Recuva is from the developers of Ccleaner. Ccleaner is software used to clean your registry and your cookies. And, just like Ccleaner, Recuva is very easy to use. It is very efficient too.

You just have to make sure that the spaces occupied by your previous files have not been overwritten by any new file yet because Recuva and any other tools will find it hard to recover files in that situation.
