I am helping my son set up a Power Point presentation for school. He needs to add some graphics, but we are having trouble sizing the pictures. Whenever we try, they become distorted. How do you resize a picture while still keeping the proper scale?

How to properly size a picture in PowerPoint

To add picture to presentation slide, there are many options that Microsoft PowerPoint provide. You have to add slide that are having specific portion for picture. You should have to add picture to that portion and it will automatically adjust your picture size to presentation slide.

Microsoft Office has many versions. Which version are you using? Nowadays, 2010 is the best version for presentation slides. Every option of Microsoft 2010 is on the main menu. You will see it on the top of your screen. You can also resize the picture in paint and then add to your presentation.
