Hello,

How to print form for outlook add ins? I don’t know what is the process of importing and exporting of files from one software to another. Can you give me some idea on how will I be able to automatically print or manually print all the important information in my outlook?

Thank you.

There is a simple method to print your data from any source in the word format just copy data from the source by pressing Ctrl + C to copy and then put it to the Word document by pressing Ctrl + V. This will work with all types of data and you will be able to print the text and data you want to print.

Forms Printing in Outlook depends on the type of form that you wanted to print. If you are to print a regular Outlook form, just like printing other documents, you can preview but can only print the texts of the form.

However, if you wanted to print the form that you have customized as what you are seeing on your screen, you can download the Outlook XPrint add-in so that you will have a full control of printing the form the way they appear on your screen.

Once installed, the standard Print dialog box will be replaced by the PrintForm dialog box in which you can select several options in customizing the form and print it as exactly as you see it on your computer screen.

Outlook XPrint add-in is available for download on the Office 2000 Resource Kit page.

Please note that this add-in will work with Microsoft Outlook 2000. Please verify as to what outlook you are referring to (Outlook Express, Outlook, Office Outlook, etc.).
