Hello Experts,

How to perform jpg automatic rotate mac?

I have 35 jpg format pictures in my laptop and I need to transfer it in to my desktop which has a mac operating system. Is there a way that I can rotate all the pictures automatically so that I will not be able to manually rotate it?

I hope you can help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

You can solve your problem by opening the pictures in a preview app. You will see a thumbnail preview pane on the right after opening them. Select all (Command + A) the pictures in the thumbnail pane and rotate them either to the right (Command + R) or to the left (Command + L). After saving the changes, you are done.

I hope it helped.

Thank you.

Resize Me,

There is no way to automatically rotate the JPG format picture so you have to do small picture edit by using the Resize Me software. Resize Me is user friendly software image editing like scale, cropping and specially rotating.

Resize Me is specially madden software for Mac OS picture editing and Resize ME lets you preview all your image edits so you can fine tune them before commit changes.

Hi, since you wanted to rotate all the images upon importing your JPEG files on your desktop, you can actually do it via preview or iPhoto. The steps are as follows:

1. Highlight the folder on your desktop

2. Hit command + O or double click the folder to open

3. Click Control + A to select all images

4. On the uppermost of your screen select Tools

5. Click Rotate Left or Rotate Right. Save

rotate all the images

Now if you wanted to do it via iPhoto

1. Open the folder

2. Click Control + A to select all images

3. Right click, select Open with iPhoto

4. Click Control + A

5. Click Edit

6. Click Photos

7. Select Rotate Clockwise or Counter Clockwise according to your preference.

8. Save

Rotate Clockwise or Counter Clockwise according to your preference
