How to perform force USB format?

Hello experts,

How to perform force usb format? I would like to ask you guys regarding this matter. Is there a way to force to format a usb if there are some viruses detected? I need it to get done as soon as possible. I know you can help me, thank you experts.

How to perform force USB format?

Hi Markusa,

If you want to format your USB drive forcefully than you can use CMD to do this. Just follow the following steps:

1. Press window button and + R.

2. Type cmd in the dialog box and hit enter.

3. Command Prompt window will show just type "format G:/fs:FAT32" without quotes. Press enter and format process will start.

Note: Here G is the letter assigned to your USB Drive. If your drive is having different letter than replace G with that.

How to perform force USB format?

Formatting a USB is very simple, plug-in your USB into your computer, and remember never try to open USB at this time.

Please go to My Computer here you will find your USB showing in removable drives folder, please highlight your USB Icon now right click your mouse. A new menu will be opened here you will find different options. Please press format button and on next window press start button, your USB will be formatted with in few seconds.

Hello Markusa Raine,

1. Insert your usb on your PC.
2. Go to My computer.
3. Right click your USB.
4. Then Format.
5. Then Quick Format.

Note: This will delete your files on your USB.
