Hello Winnie

Cdb is a file extension used by CardScan. It stands for Card DataBase and it gathers information from business cards through CardScan.

The easiest and safest way to open these files is to download the CardScan program directly. It will detail the files in an excellent way for you.

Click on the link that I provided you with, download and install it, and after that load the files into the software.

I hope you will find this information useful.
