Instructions to reduce a file

1. Open Adobe Acrobat and go to File> Open and select aÂ
PDF document that you want to reduce in size

2. Click on Choose Document on the main menu and select Reduce File size.Â
3. There are list of compatibility options so select your preferred Adobe reader Version compatibility if you would like to send the file through email or save it on a
Flash drive.

4. After choosing the compatible version, click OK and enter a new name to the compresses PDF Document on Name Input field. Select the location of the new file and click OK.

Note that when file is reduce, the resolution of graphics and images will also reduce thus there will be a slight pixelation of the image

You may also PDF Optimizer to reduce pdf file since it's provides many features for the reducing the size. To use PDF Optimizer, you may follow the steps below:
