Dear Techyv Guys,

Recently I downloaded and Installed Belltech Small Business Publisher in my Windows XP, It's really a useful tool for me. I am using MS Office 2007 and would like to know about how to link it to MS Excel and MS Access data files.

Please advice.

You have no more problem on how to link the software with Microsoft excel and access data files. Belltech small business publisher already has the feature to link Microsoft excel and access data files for data driven publishing.

Thru linking, you can easily post on the web. There is free ms access and excel download. You can save time working in excel. Choose open from the file menu. In the file name text box, type the URL including the http to open. From the files types of drop-down list, select html documents (*.html, *.htm). Click open.

Select data that you want to export from database

Select from where you like to do export operation: It can be an object from the Database      window, or open in a view.
Select destination file for export operation.

To do export operation follow the following steps
Click File menu then click Export.
In the Save as type box, select your desired type of Excel file.
Select the drive or folder where you like to save.
Enter a name for the file in File name box. Click save formatted check box. Now do any one of the following:

For datasheet, click Export All to save the entire datasheet or for portion of the datasheet in step 1 click Selection.

For rest database objects, click Export.
Now check the data got exported completely by opening the spreadsheet.
