I have been wondering if there is a way you can install the Windows Server 2008/R2 roles and features that are required for Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010?

There are two main way to install the Windows Server 2008/R2 roles and features. One is manual and other is automatically.
Manually you can add install the Windows Server 2008/R2 roles and features in three different ways.

Automatically you can install these features. To do this you need to download remote server administrative tools. You can find it here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7887
Just download it and use and install. It will automatically install these features.
