I download the oDesk setup into and was wondering how I could install into my laptop. The image or the icon of the oDesk setup is color greenest. Maybe you guys are familiar with it. Is it ready for installation or do I need something else to install this set up.

You did not point out the purpose of the software. There are many types-team, screenshots, timer and many more. If you want to set up the software for team you should use the offline setup version rather than the online version. It generally facilitates as virtual office working system for easy teamwork.

It is very simple just follow below steps:
1) Go to https://www.odesk.com/downloads
2) Select your OS from right side. (If it is Windows then click yellow Windows Tab).
3) It will ask you to save location, select your saved location, and it will start downloading automatically.
It's so simple.
If you want to download the oDesk Team software, just go here.
And then click the Download Now button on the right side if you are using Windows PC. Else, select the Mac OS X or Linux links if you are using any of it. Once the downloading process is done, you can see the green icon as shown below:
Double-click this icon to run the oDesk setup and start the installation. Click Install to accept the oDesk Team License Agreement.
When the installation is done, click the Launch oDesk Team to start the program.
