How important is web based database applications?

How the web does based database applications help those people engaging in big industry business?

I am handling a company and there are some instances that we have to make some back up on the papers, daily reports and etc.

We need a great web based database applications.

How important is web based database applications?

Hi Ericson,

A web-based database system is a kind of database that can be accessed and modified through the use of an internet.

Each member of the organization has its own account in order for him or her to access the database whenever or wherever he or she as long as there is an internet connection in the area.

Each account has a logging system that records all the action of each individual user during modification or updating process in the database.

How important is web based database applications?

Web-based applications has become very convenient especially to growing companies nowadays.

The main reason to this is accessibility and flexibility. For example the Google Apps. It has applications like Google docs, mail, calendar, hangout(for video-conferencing/virtual meetings), sheets(for excel), slide(for PowerPoint), Vaults that enable registered employees to use them without installing a single software on the pc. A

ll they need is an updated web browser and an internet connection.

The documents and other files created in this web-based application will then be stored in the company database.

The database is online so files are protected by Google, and can be accessed by users depending on their access rights.
