I have 2 WordPress web blog, one is old and other is new so I would like to transfer all data into new web site without any damaging in applying auto process not manual system.

You can simply import your WordPress Database using the Tools Import menu of your WordPress Administration Interface
First, you need to export your WordPress Database so that it will be imported to the new one.
Note that if your exported file is very large, the import script may run into your host's configured memory limit for PHP.
You will receive message like "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted"it means that the script can't be imported to your XML file under the current PHP memory limit. If you can access the php.ini file, you can manually increase the limit; if you can't (your WordPress installation is hosted on a shared server, for instance), you will have to make your exported XML file into several smaller pieces and run the import script one at a time.
