How to fix my hard drive problem?

I just bought and installed 2 Samsung hard drives at about 750 GB each. Ever since I installed my new hard drives, I've been experiencing the Blue Screen of Death. Until now. It says that I installed a new hardware, etc.

I'm not sure what's the problem of my computer and I don't know if I should return the hard drive to the store where I bought it.

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this before? What is this problem? Any little help will be highly appreciated.

The blue screen of death can happen due to driver issues or hardware issues. For driver issues, try reinstalling your windows or use a system restore to change your settings to a safe point. If it doesn’t solve the issue, try running your computer in a safe mode for some time and see if the problem continues. If it still goes to the blue screen of death in the safe mode, it could be a hardware problem. Check the cables of your new drives for any loose connection. See if any one of the two new drives is causing the problem by removing it one by one.

You can also use memtest to find out if there is any problem with your memory modules. If the system goes to blue screen during system start up, try changing your SATA mode to IDE in the bios. If possible, update your bios to see if it will help.

Furthermore, you can use the Samsung’s Diagnostic utility ES tools to check if there is any internal problem with the drives.

Your hard disk might not be suitable to the motherboard. Because when we consider a motherboard it should have a maximum range of installing memory. The 750 GB space might not also be suitable to your motherboard. Try another hard disk with low memory. If it still doesn’t work, there is a problem in your motherboard. Check and fix the jumper settings.
