Hello,

I was trying to connect my PODHD500 to my mac using POD HD edit but I got the error message when tried to update the firmware from Link 6 monkey. What is actually happened with me? I want to fix this problem as soon as possible so suggest me the proper way to resolve this issue.

I would be grateful to you for any help.

Update Failed.

(Code 80007104) failed write to firmware.

Make sure the cables are still connected and try the update again.

Hi Joseph,
The error is because the global setup of the POD HD500 was not done.
To resolve the error follow the steps as below:
1) Disconnect the USB cable connection between the HD500 and the computer
2) Power Off the POD HD500
3) Power On the POD HD500 by holding the left arrow button
4) Plug in the power supply to the POD
5) After the plug in, execute the application
