There is a good free utility that will help you get the picture files apiece from the PDF. Download the tool from here.
It is free. It is standalone so no need of installing Adobe Reader. Mostly, it is easy to use and light-weight.
Also, you can use copy-paste method. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader. Right-click on the images and select copy. Then, open “Paint” and paste there.
