I have heard, SWF Player is a good choice For Online Videos Streaming and Right now I am using Firefox as my Default web browser.
Which has Adobe Flash player, but I am wondering to install SWF player Extension for Firefox, will it Optimize Firefox Performances for videos Streaming?

You mentioned SWF player, which in fact is Flash player based on the same Adobe Flash Player.
To say it shortly, you would not gain any performance by installing SWF player.
But you can never be too sure what works best for your system, so you can try and download SWF player in here.
