How do you configure an in-house e-mailer system to have emails received from external email handlers (emails sent through an email service provider other than through the internal office e-mailer) be sent directly to the intended recipients’ Inbox and not have every email sent to the central mailbox first?

How do you configure an in-house e-mailer system

There are three main functions that make up an e-mail system.

1. Mail User Agent(MUA) which is the program a user uses to compose and read mails.

2. Mail Transfer Agent(MTA) that takes care of transferring messages from one computer to another.

3. Mail Delivery Agent(MDA) that takes care of delivering incoming mail to the user's inbox.
