How To Do A Mailing List Using Gmail?

I need to create mailing lists for my employees to save time, by sending a mail to all people in the list. I primarily use Gmail, so can anyone tell me how to do a mailing list using Gmail?

How To Do A Mailing List Using Gmail?

Creating a Gmail list is easy in Gmail and definitely saves a lot of time. First, open Gmail and login. Then, click on the Gmail button on the top left, as shown in picture:

Then, from the drop down menu, click on contacts. In the contacts menu, click on “new group” to create your mailing list. Now, you will get the option of giving a name to your mailing list. You may name it work as I have done in this example. When you click on your new group (it will be appearing in the left pane under contacts, as shown in picture) on the top you will get option to add contacts to it (make sure the people you want to add are present in your contact list, it makes things easier) When you click on the option, you will get the option to type your desirable contact’s email address and click on add (as shown below).

Now, to send a mail to your new mailing list, when you compose a new mail, type “work” in the “To” bar.
