It depends also with your system compatibility. I knew it because I used to download the free software before and it doesn’t work for me, unfortunately, I’ve lost my files. Now, what I am doing is to back up all my data on my PC using external disk.

If you deleted the files while restoring your computer, you cannot recover those files anymore.
When you perform a factory reset, your hard drive has been wiped out.
However, you can use the Windows.old folder.
