What is the finest technique to transfer Exchange 2000 mailboxes to Exchange 2003 mailboxes?

I am upgrading my exchange and would like to know how to efficiently migrate my mails to the new version.

How do I migrate mails from Exchange 2000 to 2003?

Here are the steps in migrating mails from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003:

1. Have your network prepared for Windows Server 2003
2. Install the Windows Server 2003
3. After that, install the Exchange Server 2003
4. Familiarize yourself with Exchange Server 2003
