I have been doing animated movies for quite a while already, been using Movie Maker on Windows 7. But I can't seem to change the dimension of a given flv format. My OS is Window 7, Please teach me how do I change flv dimensions on a Window 7? Thanks.

This is not a big issue what you asked, just follow my instruction to solve your problem.
Right click on your .flv file > click "properties" > find the change under the "general" tab and click [a new window will open]> select other programs [you will see some programs which are installed in you PC] > click "browser"> then find out the program  which you installed for watching .flv video file> double clink on that program file> OK > Apply > OK
