Hi. I plan on building a website using WordPress. Can I do this even if I don't have any HTML and CSS knowledge? Can I also add custom menus? I need someone to help me build WordPress website. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here are instructions to build a website using WordPress,
Step 1: Install WordPress

Create a new MySQL database user on your server .

open the WordPress source code into the folder where you will locate your website

Make the WordPress Folder has permissions in order to allow anyone to “Read/Write”

Move to the website URL in your browser, and click run to install.

Copy the password and login.
Step 2: Setup WordPress Settings

login to your new WordPress account, then change your password .

open the WordPress theme you downloaded and place it in the path:/yoursiteroot/wp-content/themes/newtheme

In the WordPress control panel, click on the “Appearance” and activate the new theme

click on “Pages” tab and add your website pages, e.g.: Home, About Us, Products, News and Contact. then click on “Publish” button to save the pages.

click on the “Settings” tab and choose from the menu “Reading” then set the first option – Front page displays- to “Static” page.

Choose the page that you’d like to be your homepage from the drop down menu.

Choose the pages that you’d like to be your “blog” page that shows latest news, articles, events etc.

Save your settings
Finally , Go ahead and upload everything and you’re done!
