How to design a translucent watermark

I am Henry,I would like to know how I can create a watermark of a coloured logo,it should only be visible when the paper is tilted.I don't know how to call that design but it is washout-like and only clearly visible when the paper is tilted.It is used for authenticating the document,kindly help,I can rephrase the question to significant granularity if not understandable.thanks

How to design a translucent watermark

Hi Zamoh, 

To apply water mark background on your document, if you are using Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010 follow these steps below.

 

1. Open you Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010 document.
2. In the Layout menu click Watermark.  The application will display different list of templates         .

The selected watermark will quickly embed on your document and that's it. To use logo, picture or custom text read next step. To create your personal watermark follows these steps:

1. Click Custom Watermark.  This will allow the user to choose Picture Watermark. Search any image from the computer file location to be a watermark and you can choose Text Watermark and enter the text that the user wants to display to be a watermark.  Click the Apply button to apply changes made.
