How to delete virus from phone memory. My phone model is Nokia 5130c-2 Xpressmusic. Please tell me the procedure or suggest me the antivirus to delete the virus?

How to delete virus from phone memory?

Hello Dear,

The best procedure is format the set up on your phone. If you want to store your data, you can store them in a computer. Then go to the settings option of your phone. Select the phone setting and then select format option. This will clear all the data and viruses of your phone. You can restore your data again from the computer.

Or connect your phone with a computer. Select an anti-virus to scan your phone. You should use McAfee or Avg anti-virus for this operation. When the scan is finished, it will show the defected files of your phone. Remove these files using that anti-virus. Your phone is safe now.

Hi,

There are few steps which you have to take or you can say just two solutions to clean your mobile from virus. 1St one solution is that you attach your mobile through data cable to PC and run antivirus programs to remove virus from your mobile. I will suggest you that run Norton antivirus. It is the best anti virus and the second solution is to attach your mobile to PC through data cable and store your data on PC. Then remove your mobile from PC and restore factory settings and when the factory settings restored. It was becoming same at the time you bought it. 

All the viruses will be deleted.
