I know the uninstalling process for screensaver creator 1.2 by deleting the related files from the drive and modifying the associated registry entries.
But after completing safely, my operating system is not working properly.

Like with any Windows-related software, you must first uninstall it normally with Add or Remove programs, or in Windows 7, Uninstall a program through Control Panel.
Then you can safely delete any left-overs of this or any other program.
Now that you have problems with Windows, try to press F8 key repeatedly after your machine boots and it should take you to Advanced Windows Options.
In there, please select Last Know Good Configuration.Â
Your Windows should boot and work cleanly now.
