How could virus remove from phones?

Hello,

I have a Nokia E71 and face some problem. Sometimes my phone is taking restart automatically. Sometime it takes long time to open applications. Sometime the display on my phone is bleeping. I think that is a virus problem but I can't understand what to do with that.

Can anyone help me with that.

The virus has gone its way to almost every electronic device especially Smartphones. WiFi connection and unsecured wireless file transfers can infect your Smartphone swiftly. To remove the virus on your phone you may use a virus scanner to determine what type of virus is infecting your Smartphone.

After identifying the type of virus, a little research can help in finding the right antivirus, you may download it directly on your phone or on your computer and transfer it to your Smartphone using data cable.

That should free your Smartphone from viruses, if that doesn’t resolve the issue our last option would be to reset your cell phone to factory settings. This will delete all the files saved onto your phone. You might want to backup the files before hitting that button.

I think I will very much easily help you in solving your question. You may consider using an anti-virus. What you need to do to solve this problem is to download and install an anti-virus on your cell phone other than flashing and rebooting your phone.

You can download the anti-virus from this website.

After downloading the anti-virus, you can follow the prompts to install it.

Once installed, you should run the program and select the directories you need to scan or are suspicious they may be infected. It is advisable that you select all the folders in the phone as the directories to be scanned.

The infected files once found, should be deleted.
