I know that there is a temporary file in Windows, which called clipboard. I wonder that is there any program can copy and paste temporary files like windows applications.

How to copy and paste temporary files

Dear,

Sometime i need to copy and paste between vim session. In correct versions of Vim, you can use the System clipboard. This Should let you copy and paste between Vim and applications other than Vim. Here is a custom method for copying data between separate Vim session which uses a file to store and retrieve the data.

Dear Jerry Blando,

There is a software called clipmagic in my opinion it is a magical tool enables you to save many copies at the same time instead of saving the last copied item only in windows clipboard, with this tool you can save a lot of effort in copying item then paste it, now you can copy all of the items the paste them as you want.

How to copy and paste temporary files

Hello Jerry,

That is a very good question to ask, but in order to do that successfully you will have to copy and paste the installation files for the application to work. Such an example would be locating where you saved the Skype installation pack and copying the file by doing the following steps.

1. Download and save the application installation file.

2. Locate it on your hard drive, you should have saved it around the downloads folder or perhaps the desktop.

3. Right click on the icon.

4. Select copy.

5. Locate and open folder you wish to move the file into.

6. Click anywhere on the blank part of the screen and select paste.

Those 6 steps should work when it comes to copying and pasting your application. However, be warned that you will still be required to install them so they can work properly.
