How to convert tata indicom mobile phones from prepaid to postpaid.

Hi all mobile users,

I gifted a Tata Indicom mobile phone to my brother as he is very fond of talking with his girlfriend.

The mobile is running with prepaid plan but now he wanted to convert the plan from prepaid to postpaid.

Can anyone tell me what the procedure for converting prepaid to postpaid connection.
