I have been wondering for while if I could use my MP4 player to read pdf documents. Obviously I can not, since I already tried.
But I recently heard that there are software available to convert pdf for a mp4 player. Please tell me which software could be used and how it could be used to convert pdf for Mp4 player.

You will not be able to run pdf file in your mp4 until or unless it may have any pdf reader application installed in it. You must look for suitable pdf reader software that is compatible with your mp4 player. The technique you are talking about that will make your pdf files ready for your mp4 will only convert your pdf file to doc format and almost all mp4 players can run doc files by self.
There is no converter for pdf to MP4 format. Instead you need to convert first the pdf file format into text. MP4 supports .txt or text format. There are several converters for pdf to txt converters available in the web. After you convert it, save it to your Mp4, and you are now able to read the content of the converted pdf file.
