Hi TechyV community, I'd like to know how to convert 3D half to full?

Is there any movie editor that would make it possible to convert a half 3D video with a good resolution without changing the quality and size of the objects too much?

Do I need to crop the screen?

The difference between half 3D and full 3D video is in its resolution. Half 3D is 1960×1080 when the full 3D video is big as two half 3D videos placed side by side.
 
Every movie editor can easily change the resolution so you'll get a full 3D video from the half 3D video file, but none will keep the quality as it is impossible to do such a big extension of the frames without losing the quality.
