How to connecting Samsung galaxy properly

 Hi experts 

   In recently,  when I am  connecting  my galaxy into my computer , it said ,windows could not  identify the device. What could be  possible  reasons for that  issue ? Anyone ,can tell  me how to connect galaxy 5 to PC properly ?

How to connecting Samsung galaxy properly

Hello My Dear Friend,

You can connect your Samsung 5 to PC through software named as “Kies”. This software is pretty forward to use.

You can download this software from here.

After download install in your PC and if you have already “Kies” mini or other version of “Kies” software then you need to remove all “Kies” software versions and reboot your system after that install the updated version and make sure that the USB cable which you are using is the original which was coming with a mobile phone or the original accessories shop of Samsung.

Now you will be able to connect your PC through “kies” and USB cable.

There is another method without “Kies” software check this website.
