Hi guys,

I have problem downloading apps in Google play.I have WiFi connection at home and office too.I use WiFi connection only to download any apps for faster downloads, but the problem is I'm unable to connect to WiFi in Google play only all other apps are working fine with same WiFi network, but Google play prompts couldn't connect. Please help me solve this. Have been experiencing this problem since a week please answer me to solve this problem.

Follow these simple steps and after that you will be able to solve this problem

1. Go to settings > App and then go to Google play store app. Go to the app details tap force start and clear the cache. If it does not work, then follow step 2.

2. Check date / time settings of Google play store as this may be because of network connection.

3. Make sure that you have entered the correct password and Gmail id.

4. If you still have this problem, then reset your factory settings.
