How to capture a Photo from HP4530S Notebook

Buddies,

I have purchased a Second hand HP Notebook model 4530S. The operating system is Windows 7 Home premium.

When I run applications like Skype, my Webcam works fine. But I'm unable to use my webcam to fetch some photos. In Windows Movie Maker I can record a video via my Webcam but not still photographs. I'm unable to find any application that can fetch photographs from a built-in webcam.

Can anybody figure out the problem and tell me how can I use my webcam to fetch photos ?

It will be really nice of you. Please respond as soon as possible if someone has a solution.

How to capture a Photo from HP4530S Notebook

There is not problem in your laptop actually every laptop cannot capture the image and record video except the different application for example Yahoo messenger video call and such as different type of softwares.

If you want to capture the image or photo and record the video so please you go to the HP link site enter the model number of your laptop and download the software for your laptop webcam via internet download manager and after that install this software which you can download after that it may be solve your problem.. Thanks

How to capture a Photo from HP4530S Notebook

Hi,

It seems you are missing an application that had been in a package with your laptop. May be the first owner had deleted it.

You need to install ArcSoft Total Media Suite to install in your laptop.

This software package contains a software Web Cam Companion for your Web cam. Arc soft Total Media Suite is distributed with every HP4530S sale. You may find it in your own laptop in HP support SW folder.
