How to capture Octoshape stream directly from browser?

Hope you are fine. Don’t worry. I think I can give you a solution.

If you want to capture Octoshape stream , you will need to capture screen. Download the capture screen and try.

You can also record Octoshape stream with VLC player. For this you will need HTTP to be figured out. However follow the steps below

1. At first install windows Octoshape plugin from http://www.octoshape.com/files/octosetup.exe
2.  Go to VLC Tool –
   1.  Preferences
   2. Interface
   3. Set up associations, select all file types.
   4. Then in Octoshape Settings , for setting , just right click on the Octoshape system tray icon and then select Settings.
   5. Select"System player"
3. Now Create a bat file namely stream.bat.
4. In the bat file type  "C:Documents and Settings[user]ApplicationdataOctoshapeOctoshape Streaming ServicesOctoshapeClient.exe" -url: [octostream] for windows xp
5.  Type "C:Users[user]AppDataRoamingOctoshapeOctoshape Streaming ServicesOctoshapeClient.exe" -url: [octostream] for windows vista 7
6. Now with your current user name has to be replaced by the name of the Octoshape stream.
7. On double clicking on stream.bat, the VLC player should be started.
8. Press the play button to play.
