How can I resolve installation error in Myob Accounting Plus?

Hi there!

I have this application called Myob Accounting Plus 11 which I would like to use for my accounting work. The problem is that it starts to install but it does not finish to the end. Every time it gets to a point where it says 'an error was encountered and the installation cannot continue'. What can I do to resolve this?

How can I resolve installation error in Myob Accounting Plus?

Hi Heather Abreu:

 

Check for the system requirements of the application. If your computer pass all the requirements, you need to logon as the computer's administrator. You also need to download the installation package again to make sure it is correctly downloaded. If you are using a DVD or a CD to install it, check for broken or deep scratches. They can hinder the installation from completing.

 

If this will not fix it, contact MYOB support and provide your serial number so they can give you the updated version on what you ordered.
