I want to reduce a picture size to my iPad, but I do not really know how.

I tapped on image size, but I do not see any difference.

Mostly whenever you reduce or increase the size of your picture just select the image then go to edit choose between resize or crop then you can control the size of the picture according to the size that you like in resize you can input the resolution of the picture and in crop mode you can adjust the crop figure you can increase or reduce it just by moving the said figure then save it when you finally ok with the size

You can fit images to your iPad by downloading and using this application: 

Fit it for iPad allows you to resize and crop images to the size that you desire.

The app has a list of template sizes however you can’t specify the resolution that you want.

You can use Microsoft Office Picture Manger to edit the photos to smaller size so that you can upload as many photo you can on the mail.

There is another way to reduce size of the pictures,

You can either Crop the Image of Compress it.

You can store which compress picture and reduce its size,

Go for IMAGE COMPRESSOR app.
