How can I possibly acquire quake live token?

I am a Premium user and I usually give out token to my friends for trading and sometimes for financial reward. I wonder how can IO possibly acquire quake live token? Do you know anybody who are giving or selling the token? I am interested to acquire more tokens because I am growing my players in the server. If I can acquire a lot of the tokens, I can give them to my friends. I will appreciate any input regarding this.
