How to convert jpeg to art? Is there an application that will allow the user to download a freeware version of a converter? If there are some please share with me your ideas and suggestions and also include the step by step process of a successful downloading and installation procedure, I am using windows 7 operating system I hope it is compatible.

You can use the Graphic Workshop Pro software to convert Jpeg to Art and vice versa. You can have one from this link:
Although it is a trial version but it works just like Full version (Trial Version just has a nag-screen).
