I need some photo markup tools on my windows XP.

How can I get it? I don't want to buy.

So, it should be free of cost. Please, inform me everything about it.

How can I get photo markup tools on Windows XP?

There are a lot of photo markup tools on the internet which are also free of cost. You can search for it on Google.

Picasa is a good photo markup tool available free of cost.

PhotoScape is also a good tool for photo markup.

Many tools are free for personal use.

How can I get photo markup tools on Windows XP?

You don’t need to buy it. If you want to customize software, there is a lot of free software that you can use. Adobe Photoshop is one of them, and I think that it is the best software for picture manufacturing. 

You can do anything with this software. Just Google search using these key words: “Photoshop latest portable browser”, and it will show you some options. Select which one you want to download.

For normal editing, you don’t need to download anything. Click on the right button on the photo, and then select edit.

 

Then you can edit the colors, re-size, and do some other operations.
