How can I export Gantt charts to excel sheets?

Hello friends.

I have designed  Gantt charts to illustrate a project schedule, which has several sub projects.

I want to export that Gantt charts to excel.

I have to use MS Excel 2007 for that task.

Is it possible to export Gantt charts to excel and how can I do that?

Is there anyone, who can help me?

How can I export Gantt charts to excel sheets?

Hello Anderson,

 

 

You can convert Gantt chart to Excel using Import MPP to excel software. This software supports with MS Excel 2003, 2007 and Microsoft Project 2003. One important thing is you need to have Microsoft Project installed in your computer to run Macro.

Also if you design the Gantt chart with Gantto converting Gantt charts to excel become even easier. Here what you need to do is just select ‘Export to Excel’ when you are saving the file. That’s all.
